Transformed lives are our greatest legacy. Read about how lives were changed at Samaritan Women at the Well . . .

To whom it may concern:

I am writing this letter with great gratitude to Veronica Branch and Samaritan Women at the Well. Before my encounter with this ministry my life was upside down. Something was wrong and I didn’t know how to fix it. I had been in and out of prison, rehabs and institutions. I had spent 20 years of my life being a dedicated drug addict with no way out.

I was introduced to Samaritan Women at the Well, June 16, 2010, that was one of the most memorable days of my life. It was the day that I realized there was still hope. I have come to understand that it was a spiritual problem and that God could fix it. Out of everything I have been through, this program became my saving grace.

The structure, the discipline, the love that I found here guided me to a relationship with God, and for the first time in my life I understood why I was supposed to live a Christian life. Samaritan Women at the Well was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Since this time I have become what society says is acceptable and my relationship with Christ has flourished.

Respectfully,

Connie Lynn Duke

To whom it may concern:

My name is Vicki Ward and I went through the Samaritan Women’s program. I was alcohol and drug addicted, homeless, hopeless, depressed and suicidal. My family, including my son, wanted nothing to do with me.

I was in and out of jail, my license had been suspended and I had multiple warrants out for my arrest . I was ready to give up because I had tried everything and nothing seemed to work.

The program changed my life, it actually gave me a new life by providing me with a safe structured environment and teaching me the word of God.

Today I am active in my church and a house monitor at the Samaritan Women at the Well. My family respects and relies on me. I am a responsible member of society now and EVERYDAY I am grateful to God for sending me here.

Sincerely,

Ms. Vicki Ward
