Our Services

We offer comprehensive counseling coupled with Christian principals to aid individuals and families recover from traumatic life experiences and build emotional and mental wholeness, along with an array of comprehensive services is provided in-house and in collaboration with other community service providers. Our contact # is (409) 948-2288 and office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:30pm.  We offer 24-hour hot-line coverage.

Samaritan Women at the Well offers in-house legal counsel., protective order assistance, victim impact statement assistance, victim compensation assistance, law enforcement interview accompaniment, parole/probation officer consultations, court accompaniment and other legal counsel as determined by individual assessment.
 

Our partner organizations offer daily classes to women with children.  Counseling and parental strategies are provided to the mother individually as well as role-play with the children.
Daily Samaritan Women at the Well life-skills training also provides a way for parents to apply the parenting principles learned in parenting classes.

Samaritan Women at the Well partners with local community employers who provide jobs specifically to our clients based upon counselor recommendations.  
Career training, Dress for Success and GED preparation classes are offered through collaboration with our partners and the College of the Mainland.
Daily transportation is provided to the local Texas Work Source location.

Some services have been limited and or canceled due to COVID - 19.

Transportation to all classes, outside counseling sessions, meetings, social service agencies, and jobs is provided by Samaritan Women at the Well in conjunction with the Texas Work Source Commission.
Emergency transportation to the Samaritan Women at the Well facilities is provided on an

as-needed basis.   Contact us for available services.
